I presume you have checked the antivirus and firewall arent blocking

offhand i would say it could also be a windows certificate issue but usually this is for people not running windows OS

Hey, yes I checked Windows 10 antivirus and firewall, there is no problem with it
Here's the dxdiag you asked. Also checked if my Windows 10 was up to date, and there is no problem with it too.
Tried aswell the DNS thing (8.8.8.8), and a clean boot but it didn't work either

Can you open a command prompt as administrator and run the below command
sfc /scannow
see if that finds errors
now back to swtor , something is stopping the patch unzipping , first up if a patch folder exists when the game is closed , delete the patch folder
see if anychange after

sfc /scannow worked and found corrupted files which got repaired. Here's the log file:
About the potential "patch folder", it doesn't exist here. I screened my SWTOR folder so you can see by yourself
