Can't get into my account

Hi~!

Years ago I bought the SWTOR special edition that came with a cool Security Code dongle. Now years later I've lost the dongle and can't get into my account anymore.

I've tried contacting the phone numbers provided through the help section of the website but it tells me the phone numbers are not in use.

Anyone know how I can solve this issue?

phone lines are only active during the hours listed

if you know the displayname and password you can remove the dongle in a web browser at swtor.com as seen in this guide
