Need help logging onto SWTOR Steam Account

I have a Steam Account that is linked with a SWTOR account, however I have lost my details for my account's password and display name.

When I enter in my Steam account's password, it provides details that I believe may have been created separately to the SWTOR account that is linked to my Steam Account and thus do not work when attempting to login through the game launched via Steam. 

I would like to be put in contact with a human that can either;

A) Provide the details to my Steam-Associated Account and delete the account that is unlinked

B) Delink the account I can't get access to, so the account I do have access to can be linked via the Steam launcher 

It is ridiculous that through EA Help I only seem to be able to get AI responses, so some help is much appreciated.

Note: I do NOT want to have to download the SWTOR launcher separately, I would prefer to play the game you download through Steam
