Can't load a character

Hi all.

I have returned to de game after a long time and now one of my characters on Darth Malgus Server cannot be loaded.

On Character selection screen, i can see he's on Imperial Fleet but if try to load this character the game stucks on loading screen.

I loaded other characters without any issues and they can even travel to imperial fleet whithout any problems

My spoken english is very bad so... how can a I contact ea suport to try to get my character again?
