Can't log in /site/client

I have a big problem ( after 6 years of inactivity on swtor ) to log in.

I remember my nickname, my password, the client accepts my data and goes to the "security key" page that I have no way of getting anymore. then I click on "forgotten security key" and it sends me to the EA site where I have already made 3 tickets without response for 48 hours. Instead, trying from the swtor site, I put nickname and password and the site does not give a response or any errors, if instead I put the right nickname and the wrong password it tells me that the password is wrong (rightly so). why can't I even enter from the site?
