Cant log into SWTOR account

hello, im a (trying to) returning player. im trying to log into my account on either the launcher or webpage but i cant because it needs my security key. but my fob is dead so i have no way to get in to set it up to something like google authenticator. i dont see the old option for a 1 time log in anywhere. what can i do to be able to get back into my account?

thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

    I'm going through this right now too. I dont remember using a security key myself but trying to recover password is not working. Pretty sure we have to contact support but I dont see any way other than calling on the phone. Copied from EA Support Contact page:

    Yea i dont have the same phone i used to have and there is no more app now either and im trying to return but with out anyway to by pass the security key I cant get in

    Same here - i tried resting months ago , did send mail to SWOTR about my auuthenticator key being dead but never got any answer

    Sadly it is a case where we can't help with this directly on the forum as only support can help with account issues.
