Cant login to my account because i lost my 2fa

Hi guys, i tried to play after a 2-3 years break, since then i changed my phone and i lost the 2fa app, now i cant login to my account, i sent an email to mailto:support@swtor.com the launcher doesn't give me the option to use one time password code. i'm from Chile, so i don't know if the customer service number is gonna work for me, either way, tomorrow i'm going to call them. Is there any way to fix this without recurring to the customer service?
