Cant open "MyAccount" webpage

Hi, I have problem with swtor.com webpage.

The general webpage is working, but I cant acces MyAccount / MySWTOR page, it is not loading. So I cant manage my account nor change my subscription. Just "waiting for server". Same result at Google chrome and IE.

Any solution for this? Or is the problem in solving?

EDIT: ouh, Now, it is under maintenance, so I expect it will be repaired 🙂

I find another solution, If I open swtor webpage in anonymised search regime in chrome, there is no problem with webpage. I get to My Acoount.
Standard regime still claims web is under maintenance. Is it really?
UPDATE: Oh, no, more likely the problem was solved but you need to clear cache, delete cookies and so.. problem solved.

It has been like this for the past few days for me. It sometimes sends you to a maintenance site, but i doubt they've spent 2-3 days in maintenance. Kind of annoying when all i want to do is return to premium status :P

i can login ok into my account , however i need to go to http://www.swtor.com/ to actually click on "My Swtor" as it is missing in the forums section for me

I've tried on multiple browsers, on multiple networks and multiple devices, but its not letting me access my account page. I cant even get to the login screen, as when i press the "log in" or "my account" button, the site just goes into a long loading period before ending up at the maintenance site. Been doing this for the past 2-3 days like i said.

What region are you ? swtor uses akamai servers and it may be particular akamai servers hiccuping as one possibility.

Changing DNS servers top one in a different location in theory can point to a different akamai server, may explain why i can access my account albeit the missing links on the forums at present

Im in Norway. Do you know of any fix for this?

Try changing DNS servers , i am in Australia and can access ok at moment https://public-dns.info/nameserver/au.html

My servers is resolving as

Name: e8690.g.akamaiedge.net
Address: 118.215.33.188
Aliases: www.swtor.com
ea3.com.edgekey.net

Maybe best to wait , as it involves changing the settings on your internet connection

Figured it out :P And it seems to work. Now i can set up my sub and revert back. Thanks for the help 🙂
