Can't purchase coins and redeem codes - Error about EA account appears.

Hey. Returning player here. Trying to purchase some Cartell Coins and redeem availabe codes - error about issues with my EA account appears. In SWTOR profile when I click on `EA Account` - it appears...

Changed email to the previous one from the 2010-07-04 and still nothing. Is that such a hard thing to just re-enable EA account that I still have access for? Can't undetstand - someone is willing to pay for Cartel Coins but there is no way to do it...
