Can't purchase sub/redeem code
"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance." pops up on the website whenever i try to purchase a sub or redeem a code. I tried changing my password for my EA account with the email i used for swtor creation. I also tried changing my swtor's account password. dont know what to do next. just let me buy a sub lmao
