Can't purchase subscription
it just comes up with 'There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars...

it also seems support see no action being taken on your account or any email with the required steam proof of purchase last year per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona kirth45 (not Char4595 your posting on now) that EA account uses a ntlworld email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
@proxos666 sorry for the late reply been busy, the issue is I no longer have access to the email with ntlworld for some years, I can send the password recovery but cant get into the email regardless which is why I haven't bothered to email swtor support yet because I am not sure if they will need me to get into the ntlworld account.
you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email used on that account
