Can't redeem a code on swtor.com
I want to redeem a code on swtor.com but when i click on the enter code tab on the website i get the following message; There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR ...

most find the linked ea account needs a password reset , you can try resetting the password on the ea account , if that doesn't help will have a response as mentioned in about 11 hours
I don't recal having my account linked with EA, i do have the game installed on steam tho.
every swtor account is linked to an ea account , usually try the email used when the swtor account was created
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I did try to reset the password but this did not work unfortunatly, i still have the same issue as previously mentioned.
Don't see any linked accounts on the ea.com account connection tab either, also not using chrome either.
