So I bought a code for cartel coins for 20 bucks off amazon, but when I try to go to the website to redeem it, it get the message "The EA Billing and Management Services can not be accessed at this time. Please try again later." This has been going on for multiple days, does anyone know any way I can fix it? Amazon won't let me refund and I'd rather not completely waste the money. It also straight up doesn't let me buy cartel coins at all from within the game.

the username is bonemasterson. I started playing before they had you automatically link an EA account, how do i know what the login is in the first place.

As the linked account, have you always used the same email on your swtor account ?
support see no issue with the account , try incognito mode on chrome see if any change
