Can't redeem code

I can't redeem a game time card for my account it says "

"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance."

I can't contact them ingame because I'm not subscribed, I cant call them because I have a problem speaking. Why is there no chat and/or email support?
