Can't Remove Security Key

You need to call SWTOR Support see this link to numbers to be sure you are talking to swtor support and not ea support as ea support cannot help with this.

Yes, I was speaking with SWTOR support. They are the ones who told me to try changing my EA account password and log in with it instead of my SWTOR account, US number specifically. The rep I was speaking with said she could not help me and to call back later. I work 10 hours every week day so I don't know when the next time I will have a chance to call during their available hours will be.

You will need to call Swtor CS and get them to remove the security key for you, this is not an unusual request for CS.

I am not sure why the person you talked too did not do this.
