Can't reset my SWTOR password

I recently received a letter notifying me that I needed to log into the game to keep my character's name.
The problem is that I only remember the Display Name but I lost access to 2FA some time ago.
So i'm kinda in a loop here because i can't recover the password because i don't have access to 2FA and i can't remove 2FA because i don't have the ability to recover the password.
Any advice on what to do in a situation like this?

As mentioned by @Michaelis515 SWTOR support can help with account issues that we can't help with directly here on the forum.

If you follow the steps in this article here you'll be able to get in touch with SWTOR support and they should be able to help you out.

If your country isn't included in the post I linked earlier you will have to contact in via the English support I'm afraid.

I understand it's frustrating folks, it's just a case where we cannot help with Account issues directly here on the forum for multiple reasons including account security.

I'd still like to know how individuals who require non-verbal communication are supposed to contact support about account login issues. Or is the answer tough luck for being disabled?
