Cant resubscribe (thru SWTOR website)

Hi! so short explained, me and my friend is having an issue were we both took long breaks and cancelled our subscriptions, now were back on track and wanted to start subscribing again.
when we did try to subscribe we got an error notification after we put in all our credit card details that said "and error has occurred while trying to process your request. please, try again later {0}

we would really want some help with this.

FYI
we have changed EA passwords and all that stuff.
we both come from sweden.
our display names (slothylollol) and (ADADADADAADADAD)
tried using paypal and does not work.
can still buy cartel coins but not subscribe
(IN slothylollol payment history it shows a really wierd mail that is not the one used on neither EA or SWTOR. the end @ on the mail is @anonymous.ea.com)
