Cant Sub - Oops! Some error happened. Error code: 51003

Question

I've come back to the game after a couple of years and when I try to sub I get that error. I've tried to go through the website and I've tried the change password thing for a linked EA account and its done nothing.&nbsp; Any help would be appreciated&nbsp;
