both if you email the screenshots in, however the response here regarding any account issue and how to resolve will likely occur first, and can confirm they have your email with screenshots as well

Sounds good. I also forgot to mention that this isn't the EA account that has the same email as my swtor account. In case that matters, figured I'd let you know

Using the same email on an account doesn’t create a linkage
the linked accounts are created on the creation of the swtor account using the email used on creation
from there each account can use a different email and password and linkage remains

support have your screens for the steam purchase but cant add the gametime due to an account issue
to fix that account issue you need to call swtor support when the lines are open, should be a quick fix though

swtor support should of emailed you with the same info too
