You need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue on that account, should be a quick fix

Note: given this is a f2p account , a new swtor account is always an option if you prefer not to call

new account wont have the account issue the current account has, so you should be able to subscribe ok

I don't want another account. I already have a pg on this, it's connected to steam and I've had it since 2014

I'm the one who speaks best English in my family (actually the only one). And I'm sorry but I can't make an international call, it's too expensive. It's absurd that neither here nor the support is able to help you... you're really terrible... you're less and less willing to subscribe/buy ea products in the future

you can email support@swtor.com and discuss this with them directly, however they will ask you to call

making a new account is your remaining option

then it's useless
