Cant Sub

I cant Sub for some reason and it always gives me the same answer, that something went wrong? Why? Im a former founder (sadly my founder ACC got hacked and deleted) I had Sub on my second acount for several times and now after maybe two years coming back to the game i cant sub, why?

If you have tried a different payment method

For account issues you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open

Swtor accounts are not deleted, however to see if you can regain access you can check when you call support
