I am a preferred player who has just recently gotten back into the game. I have managed to previously subscribe before, however that was the prepaid 60 days and not the recurring 30 days I am now trying to purchase.An error has occurred while trying to process your request. @Maxiswell1 Support have raised a ticket to get the fraud flag removed from your account , so best to not try to buy until swtor support contacts you to say it is has been removed you can presently buy from steam if that is an option for you , you will need to install the game via steam and play on the account before purchasing though https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-on-steam

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona stuckeyyy (not GoodMrDrew your posting on now) that EA account uses a citromail.hu email

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

if you dont have access to this email address, call support when the lines are open

I've been dealing with this issue as well, after having to change CC's due to a fraud issue. Tried to add by new card, wouldn't recognize; tried to hook to PayPal, this error. Reset my password, error still occurred. Getting very frustrated after a couple hours over a couple days trying unsuccessfully to deal with this. SWTOR Username: mdmnmdllr

The Linked EA account has been disabled and its data wiped

use this link to try and restore the account the email needed is a comcast.net email address (Swtor has the same email address)

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.

Thank you, proxos - "raising shields" on Brave to eliminate all the cross-connectivity got it done for me via PayPal. It wasn't exactly how I preferred, but in the end I think I like this better for the additional level of financial security through PP - and it goes straight to the credit card the in-game wouldn't itself recognize anyway.
