Can't Subscribe - Please, try again later. {0}

I am a preferred player who has just recently gotten back into the game. I have managed to previously subscribe before, however that was the prepaid 60 days and not the recurring 30 days I am now trying to purchase.


An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}

I have tried resetting my password on both my ea and swtor accounts (the ea first and swtor second)

I have also tried using a different browser to no avail.

My swtor username is MaxTheLamb

Any and all help is highly welcome. :D

  • i tried through steam, it took my $ but still have no sub in game now

    I Sent the 2 screen shots from my email that i made my swtor account on.

    Support have your email in the queue for an agent , if they get to your email before the below is sorted , they will ask you to call 

    The Linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped 

    use this link  insert the email address used on your swtor accountto try and restore the account 

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.

    if support email and ask to call , and then you do the password reset ,email them back and ask them to recheck the account , to save a phone call.

    yes the ea account is active now , your email is in the queue , providing the screenshots are valid , support will add the gametime when they get to your ticket and then email you when done
