Can't Subscribe or Use Game Time Cards - SWTOR Tickets 38554603 and 38624265

I have two support tickets (38554603 and 38624265) open, not sure why they opened a new one when the issue from September 20th, 2021 was never resolved. I have reset my SWTOR and EA account passwords...

Swtor Support said the account is still sitting with the studio , there is not much they can do but prod them again
