Same, and when I searched, I found countless others.
My situation is a little different: I already HAD a RECURRING subscription, and was surprised after launching that I suddenly was preferred instead of subbed. When I checked the site and just wanted to see my payment history, I got that same message.
Really annoying that as a SUBSCRIBER, I can't use the in-game support! (Since the problem is that the subscription is not recognised.)

you also will need to call swtor support on monday , they can assist resolving the account issue you have
