the scale of how badly this glitch is going on is just ridiculous, shows just how much EA actually cares about their players
you will need to call swtor support on monday , they can assist resolving the account issue you have

wow some grade A customer service you've got there. hundreds of people having the same issue with no way to fix it without having to call and you say thats not a glitch?
why dont you just open tickets up for non subscribers? since theres no way to actually subscribe there can't be that many to deal with otherwise

I hear you. Especially infuriating when you are a subscriber, but can't use the in-game support ticket system, because the very nature of the problem is that the subscription is not recognised / extension failed.
They need to do something about this. E. g. keep support available for about a week AFTER "quitting", possibly limited to tickets regarding account and subscription status.

account issues of your type are unable to be handled by ingame support or on a open forum , you need to call to pass account verification , then they can discuss with you to fix the account issue your accounts have
if it was just a password reset for example you would have been told that here
