Yes sorry I have 2 accounts using 2 different emails. The one Im using for swtor has the username cirkelspark.

Swtor support have raised a ticket to get this looked at for you , i will check on this tomorrow (12:24am here ... ) so off to bed now 🙂
seems it is something to do with the credit cards in EU (denmark) the transactions are getting declined by the bank , whilst this gets investigated maybe try paypal etc or if need

you need to install the game via steam and actually log into a character and log out before purchasing via steam though
