Lost account

Hi,

As the title says I have a lost account. I was extremely excited form this game before it first came out, I even bought the collators edition. However I haven't played it for 7-8 years. I am actually keen to get into it again, however I am simply unable to recover my account. I am aware that my characters may have been deleted, this is fine. However I would like to start a new playthrough, but I want all my collectors editioned goodies, but am unable to reset password, or even account. I have been through all the EA / SWTOR account options, and they lead me in a circle without getting anywhere? 

Could a mod please help with this issue?

The email address associated with this EA account is the same as my SWTOR account.
