Can't Subscribe to SWTOR

Ok the linked EA account to the swtor account ukimiksu has been disabled and its data has been wiped , the email address that was used on the disabled ea account is now used on the ea account TaraXR your posting on now

You are best to call swtor support when the lines are open to put another email address on the linked ea account to restore purchasing on that swtor account

once the above is fixed and they get your steam screenshots they will be able to add the gametime to that account

Essentially yes , the email that use to be on the disabled account , is now used on the EA account your posting with 

so to restore the linked EA account it needs an email address not already used on another EA account

Hey I am also unable to subscribe through the website with the error saying that there is an error with my EA-account that prevents me from making swtor-related purchases.

my account name is "sukmycok" (sorry, I created that account years ago)

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open ( think the german lines are open now ) to fix the account issue 

when you tell them the account name may i suggest you spell it out rather then pronounce it 😬

Support can see you emailed as well , so you will get a reply to call anyways but i doubt they will mention spell out the account 🙌name

thanks for the tip, btw just subbing through steam would probably not work instead right?

When the account is disabled like yours, no gametime can be added to the account , so steam will take the money but no gametime will be added , same goes for codes too

its an easy fix , so it should be a quick call
