Have not played in a long while. Went to download the game, go to log-in and the authenticator I have had since I got it with the CE, no longer works.
Need it removed from my account in order to access the game. Any help here would be hot!
I'm in the same boat, left my account active, but log since got rid of the phone that had the Authenticator on it. Found I can't remove the Authenticator without logging in and using the Authenticator. Think there is a Novel of this with the name "Catch 22"
I want to get back into the game with all the new Star Wars content coming out of Disney and the Kids all grown up and divorced, my time is mine and I thought I would play again. I get no help from Help Centre. Silly really when you consider they are happy take my Subs.
providing you know the password then you can follow the removal instructions
otherwise you need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the key manually

With no contact for customer service, not sure what if anything I can do.
