can't subscribe

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona kengel1234 (not kengel123 that your posting on now) that EA account uses the same gmx email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Swtor support said the linked EA account that has the persona ebashetoforsazh not slizner your posting on now is disabled and requires a password reset
however they seem to think the email on the account is not likely yours and the account maybe compromised
best to contact ea support for an origin account (not swtor account) with the persona ebashetoforsazh
I was subscribed but when I logged in today I had been bumped down to preferred and can no longer resubscribe. Can you help me? Display name: Jvear. Also, do you have any idea why this happened? Edit: I'm not linked on Steam and I don't remember linking to my EA account. I don't think that was required when I first made my swtor account.
What can we do if we CANNOT log into that old EA account? I have tried and tried to reset EA password but it keeps sending password recovery info to an old email that I cannot access anymore. I need to get this resovled so I can continue to subscribe to SWTOR without having to contact support each month to apply steam purchase to the game.
Give swtor support a call when the lines open , they can update the email on that account for you
@proxos666 I also have the same issue as of right now. I just recently came back to the game after a long break. The message reads this: "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance." I already tried to do everything that I could (i.e. changed my EA account password with the same email as my SWTOR account and also did it in incognito). Is there anything I should do and try to resolve this issue? My display name is Sabertoothkitty
