can you post here as abc1lanehognah not LunaSolamyria to be sure you reset the right account
I ended up calling EA - UK customer service (The US line auto disconnects).
At some point my SWtoR account got decoupled from my EA account and it needed a CSR to undo that.
I will check on what the phone support told you is correct , information i get are from their team leaders
ea account needs password reset.

Support said the ea account is active now , so if still seeing the error use incognito or delete the web browser cache and cookies
I'm having the same problem, the game refuses to let me waste money on it. I have attempted to reset the password on my EA account but that didn't do anything, the accounts have different names but share the gmail adress
Ahhh okay that would explain it. The swtor display name is "meatballzz"

how long will it take to wait for a response from support and there is nothing if one mail from origin and steam and the other from SWTOR account?
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona gregor977 (not Gregor977TM your posting on now) that EA account uses a Mail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support cannot see an email from the email address on the swtor account , try resending firstup , however it will be tomorrow before i can check if it arrived (1am here)

yes call swtor support the lines should be open at present , they can update the email on both the swtor and linked ea accounts
just googled how to call from belarus

try opening a ticket at help.ea.com to get the ea account gregor977 (not Gregor977TM your posting on now) updated to an email you can reset the password on , select origin as the game,
once you get that sorted via help.ea.com let me know
log into that account and create a ticket at help.ea.com (origin account) to change the email to one that can receive the email
edit - you cant alter account linkage it is permanent
