can't subscribe

log into that account and create a ticket at help.ea.com (origin account) to change the email to one that can receive the email
edit - you cant alter account linkage it is permanent
i not recive the code autorization on mail
How se can I prove that this is my account
Since yesterday, there are some problems, you cannot help, of course I have restored access to my account, but now another problem is why no messages with an authorization code come to the mailbox?
How do you think I will log in with gregor977 if it requires a code via mail and it does not come at all, that's how?

ea account issues are through help.ea.com and swtor account issues are through swtor by calling , swtor can also assist updating the linked ea email.
ea support cannot help with swtor though
I do not work for swtor or EA support just to be clear.
now there are 2 issues
1. you purchased a subscription on steam , steam is a 3rd party vendor so swtor need proof of purchase of the subscription, which they allow by email to support@swtor.com
now even if swtor support had this proof of purchase they still could not add game time to that swtor account until that linked EA account is sorted.
2. EA account gregor977 is disabled for all purchasing on any linked ea accounts including swtor.
my thoughts are
1. open a ticket at help.ea.com for the origin account gregor977 that uses a mail email , and seek to change the email on that EA account to one that can receive reset password emails
once that is fixed we can look at 2.
2 is to ensure swtor support have proof of the steam purchase to enable them to add the gametime.
i will check if the ea account is ok now and look at how to resolve the steam purchase
should have a response back in a few hours
EA account is ok now , they have your email , and gametime is getting added to the account

Have that issue on subscribe, what i need to do? I reset my password on EA account and SWTOR account, dosent help.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona kanamotoykt (not kanamoto2 your posting on now) that EA account uses a Mail.ru email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I also seem to be having this issue. I have followed the steps in resetting my password and it did not help.
The username is the one tied to this account but I dont want to say because I created it many years ago and it has my name in it.
I also purchased the bundle for the new expansion from Steam but I also have not received that.

Thank you. I sent the email. I don't think my account is disabled as I am able to get in the game and play it as preferred. Thanks for the swift reply. I hope EA can help me out.
there is a swtor account linked.Account is ok, but no mail received and no steam id linked to that swtor account
maybe best to call to provide the correct swtor account you have linked to steam, or you can chance including the username in an email and wait for a response

Just came back to the game same issue SWTOR account says I cant sub because somthing on my EA account? - Founder preferred account currently logged in no problem
