can't subscribe

you can try calling swtor support when the lines are open , however a team captain did say your account has no issues and it appears as bank decline on their system

if you cant try a different payment method , maybe try linking swtor to steam , see https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-on-steam and purchase via steam or buy a game code if its an option for you
I'm not going to "call support" if "support" want to talk to me - they can call me. However I called my bank - and they have no idea what the issue is and since I don't have the issue anywhere else - I'm just going to spend my money elsewhere. I does annoy the crap out of me however since I've played SWTOR since beta and I don't really feel that it's being appreciated.
