SWTOR switching eMails and Security Keys

Question

On purchasing a new phone I started to copy all the Apps across and ran into a bit of bother.

No easy way to a a new security device with out dropping the old on and the confirmation eMail goes to an old defunct eMail address.

So you'd think either in-game or through a verified sign in you could request that eMail to updated ... but nope all of those options are dead ends!

I was thinking of renewing my "subs" but with this lack of service ... NOT now.

Is anyone aware of how to get in touch to request contact detail updates?

To update the email if you cant log into the account is by phone, and can only be done as lost access to email once in the accounts life

If you have access to the account email , and know the displayname and password, the key can be removed by following the directions in this guide

Thanks for the heads up ... so yes looks like a phone call may be my only option .. but&nbsp; not the best when you are based in Australia and there is no local number to call

Check your mobile plan , a lot have free calls to the UK and US these days (im in Australia too) given the time difference before 10 am AEST is best
