I do not work for swtor or EA support just to be clear.
now there are 2 issues
1. you purchased a subscription on steam , steam is a 3rd party vendor so swtor need proof of purchase of the subscription, which they allow by email to support@swtor.com
now even if swtor support had this proof of purchase they still could not add game time to that swtor account until that linked EA account is sorted.
2. EA account gregor977 is disabled for all purchasing on any linked ea accounts including swtor.
my thoughts are
1. open a ticket at help.ea.com for the origin account gregor977 that uses a mail email , and seek to change the email on that EA account to one that can receive reset password emails
once that is fixed we can look at 2.
2 is to ensure swtor support have proof of the steam purchase to enable them to add the gametime.
