Support said you can try a different payment method, but you should give them a call in any case
I have been away for about 4 months....downloaded the game and went to begin my subscription....however it tells me EA is experiencing very high traffic and try later....it has been doing that for about 36 hours now...please advise.

Cant purchase subscription on swtor account. Have tried 3 different cards and paypal but each time i get one of the following messages

or

I have tried to change both the password and email on my EA account as advised on a previous thread. I have tried adding payment methods before going to purchase screen

The account has been flagged for fraud , a ticket has been raised to lift the flag however best not to try to purchase again until swtor emails you it is ok to purchase
if need more info best to call when the lines open
edit: if you have steam linked , you should be able to purchase through steam for now

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona starrka (not Sammy_Eros your posting on now) that EA account uses a gmail email (email is different to swtor email)
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I can't subscribe. Every time I try, it just says "Cannot use this credit card, try a different one". I have tried 5 different cards, wont take any of them. Username is CreativeAtrophy.
If you from Ukraine, for now ukraine banks banned transactions in rub. Bioware works to solve it for ukraine. Also EA stop sales for russia
most from ukraine are purchasing the 60 day deluxe code from origin using paypal

@proxos666 calling the support lines hasn't helped me at all, I can't hear a single person. It'd be nice if there was a way for non-subscribers to get in contact with EA because this entire process just to try to subscribe to the game again has been very taxing.
Still can't update card info or add a different card. Don't have that card anymore and tried what the tech support stated and still get the same error message.
Can't change payment method or anything on my account. Tried submitting a ticket about the account issue and still have not heard anything. Any help with getting this problem solved would be great.

Already called tech support and did what they told me. It did not work. Told them I can't changed anything and get the same error message. I'll try calling again for the fourth time.
