When attempting to redeem the Amethyst Vulptilla Minipet I get presented with the error "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance." And no further details provided.

Likely the linked ea account needs a password reset
if you go to swtor.com and login, and then go to the cartel coin tab , there is a manage billing link at the bottom of that page
the email address seen on the manage billing page should be the email address used on the linked ea account, this doesnt need to be the email address used on the swtor account
I've changed both passwords, confirmed the emails match, and I have no bans. 2fA is enabled and everything is up to date, none has worked sadly. Thanks for the suggestion though, it's greatly appreciated.
Just to clarify something, using the same emails on the swtor and ea accounts does not make a linkage, both these accounts can use totally different emails as linkage was done on the creation of the swtor account and is permanent
If you cant resolve the issue, then best to call swtor support when the lines are open they can help identify the issue or confirm your looking at the correct ea account
