am having the same thing followed the advice about sending my details to support @ swtor.com did not even get a reply to say they have had my email
Swtor username is Skiller
Support can see your email in the queue so hopefully they will get to it today or tomorrow for you

I'm having issues subscribing to SWTOR
My user name is AppleRain
I've changed my password, I've used 2 different browsers (Edge and my phone)
I've been a long time player on and off. I've never had this issue. ☹️

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona applerain89 (not AppleSwirl369) that EA account uses a rocketmail email address
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

they found the first email and ask for more screenshot that i sent over and have had nothing back from them since

Support cant seem to find any emails where they sent from the email address on the swtor account ? also ensure the attachments are under 4mb as it will get blocked at their mail gateway
- 4 years ago@proxos666 could it be becuase i was just replying to the email they sent me i have tried again with sending a fresh email
