Everytime I attempt to hit the subscribe button, I get 1 or two things that happen. 1. The site is too busy or 2. something about EA billing.
Vicker is my SWTOR name
Support can see your account is active , and that you activated a game time code on the 12th March
can you see if you use incognito mode on chrome or if you delete the web browser cache and cookies if the issue persists ?
Swtor Support are raising this with the studio for further investigation , seems they get the same issue with your account

- 4 years ago@bagger3400404 Support said that it appears that you're subscribed now. If you don't see the game time added when you check the website, they suggest calling.

It took over a week to finally be allowed to find a subscribe; I was not allowed to enter a code during the week, I kept trying both options till one was accepted. I am not using incognito modes, cache is cleared...even tried another browser.
I would prefer to go through the website, rather than buy a card on Amazon and hope the site will finally give me a chance to use the code.I am a Beta player who bought the Collection Edition...so I find this problem really odd.
I will do what I can on my end, but I would like to see this come to a positive conclusion.

can you try using incognito mode on chrome , it should resolve what your seeing for now

Hi, I am having trouble with my account not being able to enter codes or subscribe or anything. The acc is masterriddler and I believe it is because somebody had hacked my acc without my knowledge while I wasn't playing one time. I came back and support had helped me then.
