Support cant seem to find any emails where they sent from the email address on the swtor account ? also ensure the attachments are under 4mb as it will get blocked at their mail gateway
@proxos666 could it be becuase i was just replying to the email they sent me i have tried again with sending a fresh email
Support said they see the email , they also mentioned if you prefer you can call when the lines open to speed things up
