Hello.

I have a problem with the the subsription. I bought the subscription on steam, it didn't work then i bought the 60 days subscription on swtor.com and got an error. I tried again today on swtor and got the same error. I cheked my balance and i got the funds on hold for the transactions, all 3 of them but there was no transaction as i got an error on the purchase. How can i resolve this?

    Swtor username Elfvar.

    I cheked on the Ea account and the transactions were completed but i didn't get the subscription.

      @Elfvar 

      Support are refunding the 2 x 60 days once they are settled 

      Email (from the email on the swtor account) the steam proof of purchase per the steam sticky so they can add gametime purchased from steam
