I also cannot subscribe. I am getting the message about there being an issue with my account and until it is resolved I cannot make purchases (a lot of people here have given the exact message). Anyway, username for SWTOR is Kerrimae. Can I get assistance too please?
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona darkstar0129 (not Darthdarkstar) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Hey there, are you able to tell me what EA account is associated with my SWTOR account?
My SWTOR username is insanewafflemanif you login on the swtor account at www.swtor.com and goto myswtor then click on subscription , go to show your payment history
in the top right will be an email address that belongs to the linked EA account
