Support said you show as subscribed for 60 days that you bought

if your online when you purchase you do need to log out and back in to reflect the subscriber status

Support said the account is fine, they also see lots of failed purchase attempts tho. seems the system has locked you out for at least 24 hours.

can try gametime card or via steam
