I've cleared all browser data and attempted in incognito mode and the error still persists. I can try purchasing through steam but I also can't redeem codes on the site.

have flagged, i would say they will send your account to studio for fixing now, and that may take some time
steam purchase will work i have been told (provided the accounts are linked first)
edit - support have asked if you can call them when the lines open
