Hello,
Ive recently came back to the game and I purchased my subscription through the swtor website. At first it didnt work but after resetting my EA account I was able to continue the purchase. When I login the website it says: "You have 59 days of subscription play time remaining." Although when I login the game after multiple tries it still says Im a preferred status..
My swtor account is: JayJay-US.
On my EA account at first said: ABCUY2JZTLUB0 (not sure how lol) but I changed that today to JayJayTheOrca.
Not sure what the problem is I thought after I finally was able to finish the purchase and even the website saying I have 59 days left my account would update. But it doesnt work like that I guess. I hope there's an solution for this. Im not sure if the problem is that Im currently using the launcher through steam? I dont know Im clueless.. Please help..
everything seems ok on their end the swtor account JayJay-US is subscribed correctly
if logged in when the purchase was made you need to log out and back in again
otherwise check the username you are logging into on the launcher matches the JayJay-US
