cant subscribe

I am able to get to the purchase time/subscription now on Swtor.com if I am using incognito mode; why is it that I have to be using that function on chrome to be able to do so?

The web browser is caching the maint page , incognito mode bypasses the browser cache and cookies

Been trying to get a password reset, it's not showing up in my inbox. I've only ever had one yahoo email. Is there away to find out what the email address is, I'm afraid I could have been hacked and the account changed. Why? I have no idea I haven't seen suspicious charges or anything.

give swtor support a call when the lines open , they can/should assist updating the email on the linked EA account

Cant subscribe, account has been locked, SWTOR account name is mrsovietz, seems i've locked my on account from many tries, what to do now?

Support said all the transactions failed , seemed like a bank thing, they suggest waiting a full 24hrs if trying again , your account is ok, so a code may work for example

it's a pre paid card, and it has credits, can't buy code from brazil and the boleto option not working, pre-paid card is international

pre paid cards generally dont work for subscriptions i believe, they need to be activated for online purchases too

it may work for a 60 day sub as that is not recurring for example, maybe buying a 60 day deleuxe code from origin may be a workaround for now

That's the problem, I was trying to buy the 60 day one, not the recurring subscription, Weirdly, I use it for amazon prime. Will try to buy the origin one, please reply if anything else's figured xD
