Also having the can't subscribe high traffic problem, but I have reset my password and changed the email on both swtor and ea accounts still not working.

will have feedback in around 5 - 6 hrs when support come online
they found the first email and ask for more screenshot that i sent over and have had nothing back from them since

The linked EA account is banned , it has the persona masterriddler22 and uses a yahoo email
you are best to raise a ticket at help.ea.com , try using https://help.ea.com/au/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banned-or-suspended-account
once that is sorted , swtor purchasing on that account will be fixed

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona jedi42087 (not REDDITJEDI) that EA account uses a Yahoo email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Support cant seem to find any emails where they sent from the email address on the swtor account ? also ensure the attachments are under 4mb as it will get blocked at their mail gateway
- @proxos666 could it be becuase i was just replying to the email they sent me i have tried again with sending a fresh email

Support said they see the email , they also mentioned if you prefer you can call when the lines open to speed things up
