if you do not know the @whdweb.xyz email on the ea account lanccer then best to call swtor support when the lines are open they can update the email used on that account to one you can access
can you post here on the other ea account, you will know the right ea account as you will post here as "lanccer" not as "lordzois" as you are now
as mentioned that ea account uses a whdweb.xyz email address

I use same email adress for swtor site and this site , so I am not quite sure how I can log in here as Lanccer instead of Lordzois.
do I need to do something on swtror site ? I even tried to use same password for both sites but no good, it still loggs me here as Lordzois.
I am starting to feel quite stupid here, did I miss something very obvious ?

when you created the swtor account the linked ea account was created using the same email , these accounts are independant of each other now and can have different emails and passwords on each account
so even if the account your posting on now uses the same email address as the swtor account, there is no linkage
you have another ea account persona Lanccer and that account still uses a whdweb.xyz email address that had to be used on the swtor account before it became a chello.at
that is the account needing a password reset not the account your posting here with as lordzois

I am so sorry mate but I am very confused now, I created swtor account around 2011-2012 when the game came out and I used my chello.at email and never changed it.
so I have no idea what the other email adress is that you are referring to.
