cant use chat
My caracter is lvl 60 and I can`t use a chat. The other caracters i have can?

try to level to 61...you dont really need chat for that.
That's one big problem with the Gifted Token and Promo Chapters to get to Level 61/ 66 you still need to sub.

I'm having the same problem with my level 15 operative. I've done everything this thread said to do and it still doesn't work.
